The 1925 Club restaurant is run by Santos Paredes with first and foremost passion. This is complemented by his holistic perspective.
Because before a bland meal becomes an experience, imagination is required. 
The quality of the food is therefore largely due to the use of regional and seasonal products. What could be nicer than the classics at the right time of year? Pears, beans & bacon in winter. Or a wild herb salad in spring. Asparagus in early summer, and, and, and.

Santos is firmly convinced that the better the products used, the more they can and should "speak" for themselves.
